Character Texturing

This week I found myself tackling something I usually try to avoid and actually enjoying it, UV mapping. First of all I applied a checker pattern to make sure I had minimal stretching etc for when I applied my final texture.
All of my textures where created in Photshop

Im really quite proud of how Biff has turned out. Considering this is the first character I have ever created.

'Music Room'

Using a few of the models I created previously I decided to put together this shot of a music room inside a house .

Character modelling

The modelling has began on "Burglar Biff" and I have really been enjoying it. I've been following the modelling techniques of Jason Edwards from Simply Maya. In particular the chef Ramsay tutorial videos have been particularly helpful.

Puppet finally in the scene

After spending all day Saturday in University, I managed to finish off the puppet rig and get him placed in the office scene. I added some basic textures to the scenery and i am actually quite happy with the result.
Next step is to duplicate the puppet and the desk at least 20 times to fill the office space.
Then I need to find out how to animate one puppet so that the rest of the puppets in the scene follow the same actions.

Guitar and amps

Here are my finished models of the bass guitar and the amplifiers, we are going to use these with the music video.
